Noted for inclusion in later editions of the Atlas by A.M. Harvill; the basis for this has yet to be determined. Evidently collected in Chesterfield and Stafford counties. A European weed of cultivated fields and roadsides that is widely naturalized in n. North America, in areas mostly north of Virginia. It is considered invasive in some areas.
