Comments
The hybrid of V. fuscatum x pallidum. Uttal (1987) in "The genus Vaccinium L. (Ericaceae) in Virginia", Castanea 52(4);231-255 says this is known from nine counties, the most common of several hybrids involving V. pallidum. Map incomplete, based on three specimens at VPI and a 2016 specimen in the Arlington County herbarium (R. Simmons, pers. comm.).
